1. Service Engagement
By requesting emergency plumbing dispatch or scheduling pipe installation with Swift Pipe Pro LLC, you agree to these Terms. All work is performed under NYC Master Plumber License #98421.
2. 20-Minute Emergency SLA
While Swift Pipe Pro maintains a strict 20-minute dispatch SLA across all five NYC boroughs, response times may be impacted by severe force majeure weather events or extreme traffic closures beyond dispatcher control.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior commercial credit terms have been established. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards, bank wire transfer, and certified checks.
4. Warranty Terms
Newly installed pipe infrastructure is warrantied against material defects and fitting leaks for a period of 10 years from the completion date. Warranty is rendered void if third-party unauthorized modifications are made to the installed piping.
