2. Emergency Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an emergency dispatch request within 5 minutes of calling with zero fee. Cancellations made after a mobile dispatch unit has arrived on site incur a standard $75 vehicle dispatch fee.
3. 10-Year Pipe Warranty Coverage
All structural pipe replacements, mainline installations, and trenchless relining work include a 10-Year Ironclad Warranty covering parts and master labor.
